Key Information for Event Bookings at Rockbarton Garden Centre

Tickets: Pre-booking is essential. Tickets are valid only for the date and time you select.

Refunds & Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Cancellations: If we must cancel an event (e.g. due to weather), we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time and bring your ticket (printed or on your phone).

Children: All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of 5 children per adult).

Pets: Only Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are permitted at events.

Rockbarton Garden Centre – Bookable Events Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to an event at Rockbarton Garden Centre you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Rockbarton Garden Centre reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions listed without notice.

Pre-booked tickets are only valid for the stated date and time slot.

All children (up to the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of 5 children per adult).

Entry to the event can only be gained by presentation of a valid ticket (printed or on a mobile device) in person. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated booking time. If for any reason there is a delay to the start time due to events outside our control, Rockbarton Garden Centre will endeavour to admit entry as soon as possible after the allocated time.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend your chosen event before completing your booking.

Tickets are booked online via DigiTickets. Customers cannot make changes to bookings once they are confirmed.

Rockbarton Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for any cancellation of an event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather). In such circumstances, we will offer ticket holders either an alternative date/time or a full refund. Refunds will be processed on presentation of the original booking confirmation within 28 days of the cancellation. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to contact us regarding the change of booking or refund.

Rockbarton Garden Centre will not be liable for any delay which results in the missing of an associated booking.

Rockbarton Garden Centre will not be liable for any lost or stolen tickets.

Rockbarton Garden Centre reserves the right to refuse admission to any event.

Dogs (with the exception of Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs) are not permitted entry into any of the events.
